Immigration Law Clerk
- Two positions available
in Duluth, GA
Job Duties:
- Conduct legal research on recent immigration trends
and changes to keep track of immigration law updates
- Analyze legal facts in accordance with current laws,
rulings, regulations, and policies
- Draft immigration documents such as support letters,
legal briefs, memoranda, and other key documents for the attorney’s review
- Review immigrant and nonimmigrant
petitions/applications drafts and prepare PERM drafts
- Review and revise documents provided by clients and
compile and organize client’s records and evidence necessary in
immigration filings
- Communicate with individual and corporate clients,
as well as government agencies regarding material immigration issues
- Communicate regularly with attorneys for further reference
to clients regarding maintenance and renewal of the cases, etc.
- All duties are directed and closely supervised by immigration
attorneys
Min. Education Requirement
Master
of Laws (LL.M.) in law, immigration, or international law
Skill Requirement:
Fluency
in Korean
